Date of rank, Maj. Gen.

I accessioned his 1945 biography^[1] that shows he pinned Maj. Gen. on May 31, not May 1. All other dates agree with the other cited source. I can't find a link to the other cited source in the 1940s to crosscheck Hodges' date of rank (and yeah I checked p.2 on Google), so I'll WP:BOLD and make the date change.
