Title

[edit]

@XTheBedrockX While I agree that the article should have been moved, the title is very odd and nonstandard. Murder of Falah Zaggam would be a much more fitting title, as the courtmartial is a subtopic of the murder which is really the most important part. @PARAKANYAA That was my first instinct too, but when I went looking through the sources here, Zaggam is (unfortunately) only mentioned by name in one of the sources, whereas Merida is mentioned by name in all of them, which means, rightly or wrongly, more focus is put on Merida. There is also precedent for having articles named after court-martial cases, i.e. Court-martial of Breaker Morant, Court-martial of William T. Colman, Court-martial of Fitz John Porter, etc. XTheBedrockX (talk) 22:01, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@XTheBedrockX Fitz John Porter and Morant are separately notable people and those articles are subtopics of their main biographies, so that is something of a different case. I would also argue that the Coleman article should be moved. This goes on event based rules with the move and if this is all there is I don't even think this passes WP:NEVENT and should probably be deleted. PARAKANYAA (talk) 22:06, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
