External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Counter-offensive. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20081123014953/http://www.dtic.mil/doctrine/jel/new_pubs/jp1_02.pdf to http://www.dtic.mil/doctrine/jel/new_pubs/jp1_02.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).

Merge into counterattack

- May of the things mentioned on the counter attack page are on a similar scale to what this page describes, i am for a merge, but want someone else to weigh in. 153.254.152.37 (talk) 06:33, 15 February 2023 (UTC)

- Support the proposal to merge, preferring Counter-offensive as the preferred target as this is the larger scale type of event. There is considerable overlap, and some of the examples (like Operation Bagration), might be better thought of as counter-offensives. Klbrain (talk) 14:47, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
