Hi, just a notice re: referencing. I would prefer to split the Zlatarski reference into the two chapters 3.5 and 4.1, and to give references of this and this, respectively. As it currently stands, the Zlatarski literature entry carries the title of 3.5 but the url links to the table of content of the entire volume.
