Tone issues

The issues should be pretty apparent honestly; I'm just trying not to be a drive-by tagger.

This article reads like a website blurb and may in fact be based on one. If this was a more controversial subject I'd flat out call it an NPOV issue.

In particular, the lead sentence needs to be replaced.

And the article overall doesn't actually do a very good job of explaining what the organization is and does in a clear and readable manner.
