Was Cosgrove Hall entirely owned by Thames, partly-owned or just employed on a long-term contract? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.9.19.89 (talk) 21:45, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mark Hall and Brian Cosgrove had an animation company before Cosgrove Hall, called Stop Frame Animation based in Peter Street, Manchester. They produced all the insert animation for Rainbow, a stop motion series called Grandma Bricks, and a feature called Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo, a musical based on work by Flanders and Swan. When this company folded in 1975(?) Mark and Brian set up Cosgrove Hall Productions and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Thames TV. When Thames lost their franchise, The company changed name to Cosgrove Hall Films and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglia TV. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr peewee (talkcontribs) 09:08, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
