Christoffres, I see that you created this article. I think it needs a better tile, as it's not just a controversy, but a legal conflict between Twitter and the Brazilian court. I've only read up on this recently, but as best I can tell, the origin is actually the aftermath of the 2023 Brazilian Congress attack, when de Moraes ordered several social media companies, including Twitter, to "block the accounts of individuals accused of inciting or supporting attacks" (quoting the Associated Press), and there were "dozens of decisions by Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordering X to suspend or remove around 150 user profiles from its platform in recent years" (again quoting AP). Musk reinstated accounts, creating the legal conflict, and de Moraes also ordered an investigation into Musk. Have I misunderstood something here about the origin? Also, WP:RSUE says to use English sources when possible, and there are a bunch of English news sources discussing this, though I don't read Portuguese and so can't say how the coverage compares. I'll try to add some English sources later, but wanted to post this in the meantime. FactOrOpinion (talk) 16:28, 29 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, that should have been "a better title," not "tile." FactOrOpinion (talk) 18:47, 29 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
