Passed GA

[edit]

I have reviewed this article for GA status. My estimation of the criteria is as follows:

1. It is quite well written.

2. A large number of reliable sources are used. Make sure you get any remaining "citation needed" tags.

3. Covers all of the details that I would expect it to have.

4. You might want to add a bit more on the government's position. However, both sides are in there and their positions are sourced.

5. The article is stable after a massive expansion early this month.

6. No images present.

Overall, it meets all criteria and will be listed as a good article.--Danaman5 20:35, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Now live

[edit]

This article needs a lot of work now that the database is live: [1] Smartse (talk) 09:20, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've changed some information in light of this but I'm not sure what to do about a lot of the "will" claims. Please try to correct the rest. Smartse (talk) 20:49, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

GA Sweeps: Kept

[edit]

As part of the WikiProject Good Articles, we're doing Sweeps to go over all of the current GAs and see if they still meet the GA criteria. I went through the article and made various changes, please look them over. I believe the article currently meets the criteria and should remain listed as a Good Article. Altogether the article is well-written and is still in great shape after its passing in 2007. If possible, see if any free images can be added to the article. Continue to improve the article making sure all new information is properly sourced and neutral. It would be beneficial to update the access dates for all of the sources. If you have any questions, let me know on my talk page and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I have updated the article history to reflect this review. --Happy editing! now dead

[edit]

With the discontinuation of the database, I've changed the tense from present to past. Vrmlguy (talk) 11:42, 7 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Old article

[edit]

This article hasn't changed much since I wrote it in 2007. Only the "wills" were changed to "is" and then to "was". All the criticism was from before it went live. Little information on how it was used. Was a failure before it went live, during its lifetime, and after it died. Will try to correct some of this if I have time. Anyone thinking of nominating this for a GA review, please wait until 2011. Christopher Connor (talk) 13:50, 10 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
