The Supreme Courts of Monaco and Norway had constitutional jurisdiction already before the Austrian Court.

Australia

Note on Australia: Australia doesn't exercise judicial review through the supreme court. It has a seperate court (High Court) for judicial review (and for other matters such as final appeal, legislative and constitutional issues).----

Australia does exercise judicial review through its supreme court: its supreme court for all purposes, including judicial review, is the highest federal court, the High Court of Australia. Czechoslovakian constitutional court

Czechoslovakian constitutional court was established in 1920 ( 1921 ) http://www.concourt.cz/view/history and it was the first constituonal court in Europe ( czechoslovakian Constitutional Charter of 1920 is older than constitution of first Republic of Austria, but austrian court was first in practice ). --General D (talk) 19:55, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

Also the Austrian Court was established in 1919 and had - back then - the power to examine the laws made by the Austrian states. So it is - from every point of view - the oldest Costitutional Court. --Glorfindel Goldscheitel (talk) 12:09, 17 January 2013 (UTC)

UK

The article included the line "(The United Kingdom itself had neither a Supreme Court or a codified constitution to be reviewed by such a court, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom being established only in 2009)." I've amended this to the present tense.

The UK still doesn't in fact have a constitutional court - the "Supreme Court" of the UK is in fact not supreme, unlike that of the US. I've changed the article to reflect this. The UK supreme court is in fact just the old judicial arm of the House of Lords, renamed.

Incidentally, is it worth including nataions which specifically don't have courts with powers to review primary legislation, since these are probably now the exceptions?

The above paragraph and the mentioned article paragraph are substantially incorrect. The UK does have a constitution Constitution_of_the_United_Kingdom, it is just not enshrined into a single document. The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom is both a Court of final appeal and a constitutional court.
