Only adopted wording

The sentence "The current constitution is the only adopted by the state of Arizona" doesn't make sense to me and isn't even punctuated properly. I see that in a previous revision [1] that the wording makes sense and is punctuated properly. I am going to revise it to reflect that version. Sooo, Im new at this. I see that this has been listed as a start with high importance but I don't know what to add to the article. Any suggestions?
