Removed part of popularity of the holiday

[edit]

I just removed from the article a part about the popularity of the holiday in the early 2000's after a discussion per e-mail between me and Daria Chernobaieva. We came to the conclusion that the particular information does not have any value without updates for current time, without this it's not neutral and could be seen as trying to suggest something it does not say (the way Ukrainians value their independent state). I tried and I could not find any updates about how Ukrainians feel about the holiday as of 2021....

(Actually the discussion per e-mail was weeks ago, but it felt better to wait for a month to make the changes for reasons I can not explain ). — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 20:29, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
