Constance Perkins
[edit]Hi wikipedians, I recommend that someone create a separate page for Constance Perkins. She is aka Connie Perkins. She is an art scholar. Thanks, SWP13 (talk) 02:03, 14 June 2019 (UTC)

[edit]@User:LessHeard vanU: I looked again at WP:USPLACE and I take your point: it addresses the title of an article, not the intro. And I can't find any guidance for that, so if you believe "California" needs further qualification, I won't object. Barte (talk) 16:20, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for your kind comments. I have also looked at various MoS pages, and cannot find a definitive answer. However, almost all non US articles carry the name of the nation when a geographical area is named so I tend to regard that as the "universal" convention. Regarding the USPLACE determination, I think that the relevant nation is part of the article content so forms part the explanatory text. Cheers, LessHeard vanU (talk) 16:30, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
- Good points. Barte (talk) 16:44, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
