I think you guys have a really good start though I would advise that the lead be edited slightly. It should look like, Constance Merritt (born in 1966). If possible I think adding some details on her early/personal life would be beneficial. Perhaps you could also expand upon her career and publications. Also, your lead goes over all of Merritt's awards/honors. If you wanted, you can gather this information and create a sub-category for these achievements.
