Connie Stevens real surname

[edit]

A google search revealed to me that her real surname is more likely to be INGOLIA, rather than 'Ingoglia' as written in the main article. Can anyone enlighten us further ?

Not likely. Though I'm sure the name has become corrupted over the years because many non-Italian speakers find it hard to get that the second "G" is silent.

Ingoglia - Southern Italian: from Goglia, with the addition of the southern prefix in- ‘belonging to the family of’ (see Imbimbo). [1]

"and often was guest on the Dean Martin Celebrity Roast a few times..." Well, which is it? Often or few? Gspong 04:43, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
