Further development
[edit]SInce it has been categorized as a start-up wikepedian source, it should be developed further. In order to improve its quality as a public source which is neither biased nor personal, it should have perfect references of the source that the writer and editors will use from outside sources. It is very important to give credits for the primary writers and to paraphrase the ideas as much as possible. For this topic, "Conflict management style" I will use appropriate references and citation while editing this page and research for greater and proper information as a public source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamesmin89 (talk • contribs) 08:36, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
Conflict management style refers to the different and various ways of how people deal with conflicts or disagreements they face with. Through this management style, people may know how they can manage their way of making agreement among people who have different thoughts and how they persuade them. The management styles vary from a culture to another and from a nation to another; for example, the culture of high-context and low-context have very different lifestyles. So it is very important to know how to manage the conflicts as we live in the global world changing at a fast pace. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamesmin89 (talk • contribs) 03:51, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
