The Academics section is dwarved by the history section, someone with a knowlege of what programs go on at CSP should edit this with more details and include info on the Online courses (CGCS and CSAL) for the most complete info.
I added a Google Earth Geotag
[edit]I updated the CSP entry to add a Google Earth Geotag. Both my wife and my daughter are students at CSP. While visiting the campus these last couple days, I was using Google Earth to check out some local places I wanted to visit. I learned of the new Geo Web layer on Google Earth. I did some reading (see link below) to understand how this new feature works before making this edit.
For more information on Google Earth Geotagging, you can visit: http://earth.google.com/userguide/v4/geoweb_faq.html
This link provides the instructions on how to properly do this tagging. Being as this is one of the first Wikipedia edits I have offered, I am not sure how quickly it will show up on Google Earth. I will check back to ensure that I made this edit properly. Being as this is one of my first edits, I decided not to check the box for "minor edit". I appreciate others reviewing this.
By adding this Geotag, a person looking at Google Earth should see a Wikipedia Globe icon which provides a link to this Wikipedia article. I chose to use the "{{coor title d[ms]}} template" rather than "{{coor at d[ms]}}" since I thought having the coordinates actually display at the beginning of the article might make things look cluttered or confusing.

live on campus
[edit]Early in the article it says that "most" of CUSP's students do not live on campus, but toward the end, it says that 78%- a remarkably high number- do. Which figure is correct? 150.243.126.57 07:13, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Csplogo.jpg
[edit]Image:Csplogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Move?
[edit]Why not move the page to Concordia University, St. Paul ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.59.87.101 (talk) 19:37, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
- I've put in a request to make the move since Concordia University, St. Paul is what's used in the school's website. There's already a redirect using that name, so technical assistance is required. Indyguy (talk) 20:54, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
