Plural form

I am rendering this article in the plural form since the various "Committees of Poor Peasants" were almost always referred to in the plural, and the use of the singular form implies the existence of a single centralized entity for the Soviet state. Carrite (talk) 20:52, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
