Despite the proximity to Cucusos, which also figures in St. John Chrysostom's exiles, it is Comana in Pontus and not that of Cappadocia which is generally taken by historians as the final stage of his toils (inter alia Janin, Baur, Malingrey). The same also applies for the martyr bishop mentioned----Clive Sweeting .

While not perfect, I have updated the location, situation, etc. with some modern sources. No doubt the Armenians mentioned in the 1911 EB article were swept away in the genocide later in the decade, but without a source as to who lives in Sar at the moment, it would be a bit of individual research to remove the material.
