Reception section added

I found two articles reviewing or mentioning the novel in past New York Times issues. Both were positive reviews. Possibly it was reviewed in other newspapers but I have not found them despite some searching. I found a recent online review and included it, for its last line. This might stop being a stub article, with reviews.
