This article needs more references and citations. Does anyone know of any good references on Colombian folklore that we could use to verify this information? Vivatheviva (talk) 02:49, 14 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This article seems to translate "Madremonte" as "Mother of the Forest" but I would translate it as "Mountain Mother". Is there an authoritative source on the translation in the article? or is "Mother of the Forest" a translation of an alternative name for the same figure? Either way it seems to need a bit of fixup. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.16.193.66 (talk) 15:20, 12 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
