Merge

If everybody thinks that this should have a separate section on triple parentheses, then it's okay. Let's do it. I've now merged this article into triple parentheses, in a subsection of its own as requested above. It's clear that this now-defunct add-in has no independent notability, other than having been a part of the triple parentheses phenomenon, and the treatment there now subsumes everything notable that was in this article.
