This article should be moved to the name "Cody Toppert" per WP:COMMONNAME. He was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, attended the Albuquerque Academy, and went to college at Cornell. His father (Bob Toppert), mother (Linda Toppert), and brother (Chad Toppert) played basketball for the University of New Mexico. Cody played one season in Germany, several years ago. Calling him an "American-born German" appears to be based on him being forced to obtain a German passport while he was there. He currently coaches in Texas, and basing his name on his brief time in Germany is rather bizarre. Here are two recent articles (1, 2) using his common name as Toppert (adding to two sources used in the article), and here are numerous others (3) dating back to his playing days in high school and with the Albuquerque D-League team.
