Cause of death
[edit]Not being a native speaker and stumbling upon COD supposedly as abbreviation for 'cause of death' I came here to check on my assumption. - Listing every possible meaning for every abbreviation is not, to my knowledge, something one would ordinarily expect to find in an encyclopedia.
