Spelling mistake?
[edit]Is there any particular reason for the country's name being incorrectly spelt as 'Côte d'Iviore' in the coat of arms, or is it just a mistake in the image? - Lewis R « т · c » 19:41, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
"Focal point"
[edit]This is ridiculous. The "focal point" of any coat of arms is the shield. The arms appear to be "Vert an elephant's head couped argent," with palm-tree supporters and a demi-sun crest. --Daniel C. Boyer (talk) 15:10, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Changed again?
[edit]According to French Wikipedia, the 1964 version of the arms was re-adopted by the Alassane Ouattara government... AnonMoos (talk) 22:51, 23 June 2011
