Introduction

Would it not make more sense for the introduction to include basic information about TRACEN Yorktown rather than list the location of every other Coast Guard training center? You have to scroll half-way down the page to learn what "A" schools are located at Yorktown. Like they teach in journalism schools: bottom line up front.
