   Sorry, momentarily typed faster than I was analyzing. meant to say “Medium is more likely to be more dispositive than are dates.” That’s especially so, since new works imitate old styles and even technologies, so a primary basis for judging creation dates is routinely subverted for artistic/creative purposes.
