Who coined the term
[edit]I've removed the claim that Ira Turkat coined the term "case formulation" in 1985; although this claim does appear in the cited source (Bruch 2015, p. 6), it is easily disproven by a search on Google Scholar, where many uses of the term prior to Turkat's 1985 book can be found, for example:
