@Szilas: done a copy edit down to the kcal/m2 (kcal<sup?m2) malarkey. That unit does not exist in English through {{convert}}. I am aware that it would be energy per unit squared but I am not sure how to translate that. User:Jimp could you advise? (And kcal/cm2). Si Trew (talk) 16:06, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OK about halfway through to the copy edit as Szila asked at my talk page. Wind and precipitation to go. Have not added or removed any facts.... ~left the redlinks on purpose because will fix them afterwards or ask at WikiProject Meteorology, I am just tidying the article as a Native English speaker first. Thank you very much for your valuable cooperation. As far as the further development of the article is concerned, I am afraid that I am at my wit's (and source's) end with this subject.--Szilas (talk) 06:25, 28 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Kilocalories per square metre does work with the current version of convert. I think that with the Lua version you can combine pairs of units with a slash like this but sometimes the default convert-to unit is an odd one. In this case it's kilojoules per square foot (kcal defaults to kJ and m2 to sq ft and these are just combined), which is a unit I don't imagine many would find useful. So I'd use {{convert|...|kcal/m2|kJ/m2}} or {{convert|...|kcal/m2|kJ/m2 kcal/sqft}}. Jimp 15:35, 3 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
