A long time ago, someone added "Claudy Mailly died in Oregon in 2017. (Reference forthcoming)." at the end of this article, but no reference has ever been produced. I must say that I cannot find much about her online, but that includes no obituary. I'm hoping that opening up this discussion might lead someone to giving an update.
