Disputed statement

Just a drive-by comment as this article was highlighted in a recent RfA: I think the statement below needs checking for accuracy, as the reference does not support the second sentence at all, and especially whether albinism is actually caused by destruction of melanocytes (-or chromatophores?)- or whether it is their non-formation, or perhaps their non-functioning, that is significant in albinism. It may, in reality, simply be worth removing this second sentence entirely.

"Claude appears completely white because he lacks the pigment melanin. This is due to destruction of pigment-forming cells known as melanocytes"
