Additional Technical Contributions
[edit]Seems like this needs a discussion of his contributions to:
- Operational transformation (In the article, he is described as a pioneer of the area.)
- Collaborative software (In the article, he is mentioned in the discussion of groupware design/implementation issues.) Expand OfficeTalk discussion?

Expansion potential
[edit]For Black History Month this year, colleagues of mine presented about several Black technologists, including Clarence Ellis. One of the things that were mentioned was that, while at Xerox Parc, he pioneered the idea of clickable UIs.
References they used included:
- Clarence Ellis at Teaching London Computing
- A presentation by eyad on Slideserve
- A presentation by Taylor Dorsey on Prezi
- A presentation by Kyle La Flora on Prezi
