"System Support Officers" redlink – what to do?

I'm working through the ACTU affiliated union pages and have noticed a redlink on this page to an aviation occupation called "System Support Officers". I can't find evidence that an aviation job by that name exists, so I assume the redlink will never be expanded into an article. I guessed it might correspond to an aviation job usually known by another name, but I know nothing about aviation and hence don't know which one. Can anyone help?
