Dumbledore's Army

[edit]

See Talk:Anarchist_symbolism#Harry_Potter_and_Dumbledore.27s_Army_symbol for previous discussion on this subject.

While I do appreciate the starting of a new article rather than continued conflicts over the main anarchist symbolism one, I do have some concerns.

First, this would be better titled "Anarchist symbolism in the arts", as it is not exclusively based around the circle-A (for example, Eat the Rich).

more pressing, however, is the fact that - again - you have not provided ANY evidence for the inclusion of Dumbledore's Army save for a supposed similarity between their symbol and the (A) and a handful of subjective interpretations. My criticisms from the other article still stand.

oh, and incidentally, the following

Both V for Vendetta and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix are films by Warner Brothers, demonstrating that Capitalism will promote and exploit Anarchy when it can make a good profit.

is original research and does not belong here. --Black Butterfly 13:27, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
