Coach of Sabine Lisicki

I've added a note to say that Christopher coaches Sabine Lisicki (as current in September 2015), as I saw him doing so in a Youtube vid featuring her and found an article confirming the fact. He is now mentioned as her coach on Sabine's WTA profile page.<ref>http://www.wtatennis.com/players/player/11771/title/sabine-lisicki</>
