Copyright examination was requested regarding subject described below. Sadly copyright examinations is not the right place for the request. The most common reason is that the content has already been added/uploaded to Wikipedia. Such cases (violations or not) are taken care of at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. The request has been moved to List of rejected requests. Please move the request to a better location so it can be taken care of. When the request is moved and/or backed up, please remove this template and the entry from copyright examinations page.

Yes, the image is copyrighted, but it's been claimed that fair use applies. As I'm uncertain about the finer points of fair use, I'm going to ask for someone to evaluate the claim for Image:Christine Smith HS.jpg. Andjam 00:57, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

modelsobserver.com links[edit]

This and other Wikipedias in other languages have been relentlessly spammed by anonymous IPs based in Israel (where the domain is registered) for many months. It's gotten sufficiently bad as to warrant addition to the spam blacklist and I have removed a number of these links in anticipation of blacklisting:

Most, but not all, had been added by the site-owner.
