Is Tosi the sole "owner" of Milk Bar?

Is Christina Tosi currently the sole "owner" of Milk Bar? Or does David Chang still own a percentage of Milk Bar, which makes him a co-owner? The mainstream news media seems to report it both ways. Without seeing the incorporation papers, it is really hard to say what is their current financial set-up.

The following major publications believes that Chang is still involved, even if his actual involvement is currently silent:
