This reads like a resume. Sources are generated from self-promoting databases. "You have to link to a source that proves his achievement is true. I changed the article again to NPOV and added 5 sources from newspapers. I removed the chapter "Work Interpretation", because the source came from a self-promoted database. Blaise Mann (talk) 19:59, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
