Wife
[edit]Mercedes Martinez is also the ring name of a professional wrestler, who is also Cuban-American, but is not married to this man. A lot of confusion on the web about this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:2D80:5205:A800:891C:4662:7C64:44C7 (talk) 01:48, 4 October 2020 (UTC)
Trinity vs Trinity Hall
[edit]Chris was at Trinity, not Trinity Hall - I was there at the time! -- Robkenny (talk) 21:53, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
- Apologies, Rob - I do believe you, of course, but is this then completely fabricated? http://www.imdb.com/news/ni0055811/ Unless someone managed to go to the wrong college AND wrong pigeonhole! All the other mistaken sources on the web I could understand (the colleges frequently get mixed up), but this seems oddly specific... Mojo87 (talk) 11:38, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Mojo - I don't know if it's fabricated, but it's certainly wrong :-). Try googling "chris weitz trinity" and you will see numerous sources saying he was at Trinity (many more reliable than IMDB). See for instance http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2006/jun/30/film.books —Preceding unsigned comment added by Robkenny (talk • contribs) 20:15, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

- ... and http://www.bridgetothestars.net/index.php?p=weitzinterview , with Chris himself saying he was at Trinity. I'll stop now - probably overkill already ;-) Robkenny (talk) 20:28, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
- Edit this page it wrong.
- This issue should have been resolved by now, with the correct Trinity listed. -- Erika aka BrillLyle (talk) 04:34, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
Trump Tweet
[edit]The section on this page about the tweet Weitz wrote in response to something Trump said has not aged well. It is not really representative of Weitz and is not a notable fact. It only reflects a certain point and time -- and I believe should be removed. If no one objects here on the talk page, I will delete. -- BrillLyle (talk) 20:16, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
