It wasn't discontinued worldwide. As far as I can tell, it is still used regularly in South American countries. Fuzzform (talk) 23:18, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- At least in 2002, it was still used in Chile. It has been withdrawn in Peru, however, and I believe the last formulations to contain it in Brazil were voluntarily withdrawn in '96 and '98 (in one compound formulation, it was replaced with carisoprodol).
