POV issues
There is a section called "debates and factors", but I see no debate about the "Chinese Century" from a non-US perspective. I'm sure there are RSes that enumerate and explain counter-factors that may hinder the realization of the "Chinese Century" regardless of the US, which should also appear in the main text for a NPOV presentation.
