Image copyright problem with File:Pinochet portrait bw1.jpg
[edit]The image File:Pinochet portrait bw1.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

The Pinochet regime
[edit]Why does this article not discuss the Chilean army's role in Pinochet's dictatorship? --Killing Vector (talk) 11:47, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
What is the right army size?
[edit]According to this page, the army consists of 36500 personnel in 6 divisions, an air brigade and a special ops brigade. But according to the page Military of Chile: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Military_of_Chile it consists of 80000 personnel in 7 divisions and an air brigade.
Will post on the Military of Chile talk page as well, but since Chilean Army has a source and Military of Chile has not, I guess this page is correct.
