Edits on Chieri's gastronomy and library

I am a student in the course of Heritage Studies and ICT and I am contributing to articles about municipalities, territories and Heritage. I have added two paragraphs concerning Chieri's Focaccia and the library, as they are both very important symbols for this city and its heritage and they were most likely needed, so to have a good overview of the town.
