December 2020
Hello fellow Wikipedians! In the next few weeks, I will make a series of changes to this article to attempt to complete it and elevate it from stub status. I will attempt to give readers a fuller picture by including more sections and expanding on the lead. I will try to find references to back up uncited information in the article. I will also make minor grammar edits. The sections I will be adding include: responsibilities, challenges, and international use. The alternative titles section will be remade into a related positions section that will add a quick explanation of these positions. In all, the edits I make should increase the reliability of the article as I will source all my information and cut down on uncited information in the article. The end product will yield a complete article, modelled in part after the Chief executive officer article, that should be able to bring this article out of start-class rating. Here is a link to an annotated bibliography of the sources I will use as of now. Car1000 (talk) 15:23, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
