Later Career

[edit]

Foxy Loxy then went on to form Fox News. Algr (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 06:44, 5 September 2008

Ambiguity

[edit]

This slab mentions that Disney changed the title of the book Foxy Loxy was reading from "Mein Kampf" to "Psychology" but doesn't say if they changed it before releasing the original version (so we never got to see Foxy reading Hitler) or they changed it in 2004. Can somebody tell us when they made this change? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.139.117.108 (talkcontribs) 02:16, 30 January 2009

I believe it was changed in the script writing stage, but I forget where the ref was. Algr (talk) 07:51, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How do you suggest we edit the plot summary? Espngeek (talk) 22:14, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Different theme

1.129.109.80 (talk) 05:39, 30 September 2019 (UTC)As I first recall it, Disney created the cartoon as a protest against communists in Hollywood and the media. It features the slander/character assassination of the capitalist rooster who is hoarding corn. The NSDAP, unlike the communists, did not mind Germans becoming wealthy. Also, as I recall it, the board that falls on the head of Chicken Little is adorned with a five pointed star (not a swastika). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1.129.109.80 (talk) 05:25, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding "The evils of mass hysteria", can anyone demonstrate that any of Hitler's 5,000 speeches was other than rational and promoting peace? Can anyone demonstrate that the German population exhibited "Mass hysteria"? Germany was a popular tourist destination before WW2. Did tourists at the happiest country in Europe detect "Mass hysteria"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1.129.109.80 (talk) 05:45, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
