A lot of this article appears to have loads of quotes but none of them are sourced and if they cannot be sourced they should be deleted? Also, it seems that many of the points are written in an emotional way rather than the way in which a encyclopedia article should be written? I removed the following ELs from the external links section because of WP:EL concerns. Some of them could be useful as inline references, though. I am pasting them here (as they were) in case anyone would like to work them into the article.

"collapse of the Berlin Wall"

[edit]

The Berlin wall didn't "collapse". It was energetically demolished. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Campolongo (talkcontribs) 08:55, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Chiara Lubich. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Expert tag

[edit]

I put an expert tag on this article because it reads a bit like a press release. It also seems to have sections which have been translated verbatim from Italian (which I don't read/write or speak). Someone who is more familar with Lubich and who can translate Italian could give this article some gravitas. V. Joe 20:25, 29 July 2020 (UTC)

Tone revision

[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians (although I've just recently joined your ranks to improve this page), after the Wikipedia entry on Lubich in Italian was edited for tone recently (to get away from the "press-releasy" content), I've translated and edited this English page to keep step, as well as finally editing those captions that were still in Italian. I'm hoping to get into this article further in the near future and continue editing for it to match Wikipedia standards. All the best, Teeemache (talk) 08:26, 31 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Say what?

[edit]

How did this get rated B when it reads as if it were written by the Focolare PR dept.?! Half of the information belongs on the Focolare page. It is poorly organized and written and cannot seem to hold a clear chronology. It really sounds as if it were put together by a committee working to promote her cause, -which of course, would then sell more books. It appears that most of the sources are Focolare, New City Press, and Città Nuova. Is it really necessary to list almost five dozen books put out by New City? At what point does this article become an adjunct to their catalog? Manannan67 (talk) 07:27, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
