Flood or drought?

[edit]

The article currently reads: "In 2019, communities across Chester County were at risk of flash flooding when the region received roughly a month's worth of rain within less than two months." From where I stand, getting one month's worth of rain in two months isn't a flood: it's more like a drought. I tried to see what the cited source said, and was unable to find that comparison in it. I would recommend deleting this paragraph if this contradiction isn't resolved. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 19:53, 13 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
