Regarding Notable Residents of the Community.

The community came into existence when the Supreme Court allowed wealthy Milwaukee/Chicago residents who owned second houses here to incorporate the village. Most people that own homes in the village are residents who also owns homes elsewhere. The bulk of the community exits through a network of private drives that connect parcels that surround 1 lake and portions of 2 others.

In regards to concern over the percentage of ownership. 25/44th = 56.8182% I have no idea why is was disclosed as a fraction, but it is what it is.

I'm not interested in linking directly to the address of their parcel, but it's locate-able through the county tax records. And there are plenty of additional available references to their Pine Lake house which I provided.

I'm not sure why you continue to remove them as notable, when they are. I need more information regarding what is non-notable about what was provided, so that I can more clearly establish the notability.

The guideline for articles on US cities is at WP:USCITY. There is a section there which describes who should and shouldn't be included. In the particular case at hand here, ownership is not the issue. Residence is and he clearly self identifies as a resident of a different town. The value of his house is irrelevant. His share of ownership is irrelevant. If he had a tent here and claimed that as his primary residence, he would be a resident. He says his residence is elsewhere.
