Why is this article called "Cheltenham torso mystery", when the body was found in the River Severn at Haw Bridge near Tewkesbury and - whilst it is strongly suspected that the body was of a Cheltonian - the identity of the dead man are officially unknown? Was the case widely reported as the "Cheltenham torso mystery" at the time?
