Fee
[edit]See someone mixed up the figure. Currently CPO owed Chelsea FC 8.5M and CPO's subsidiary: Chelsea Stadium Limited owed CPO 10M. CPO raised certain sum before 1997 and CPO raised ca. 1.5M after 1997. Did CPO repaid part of the loan to the club? If yes, for sure the sum at 1997 not 8.5M. - As CSL is a holding company, the share capital was nothing more than a peppercorn. Thus, about £10,041,943 should be the original cost to buy the stadium (assume operating cost such as filing annual accounts negligible) The different between 8,562,094 and around 10M is 1,479,849. Did CPO borrowed 10M instead and already repay around £1.48M by issue share? Matthew_hk tc 01:03, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, the original loan was £10m,[1] of which approximately £1.5m has been paid off.[2] SteveO (talk) 10:59, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
