Is she notable?

Originally, I removed the notability warning template because of its age, but I do believe that this article has a bucket-load of work and revising that's needed if it wants to stay on, and frankly, I'm sort of clueless after my last content purges. Seems like this article is written like an advertisement. I'd prefer a second opinion though, and I'm not pushed far enough to nominate it for PROD or AfD.
